My 2001 ford explorer sport just had a tune up but one of
my spark plugs keeps coming loose and jumping ... what is
going on and how do i fix it...

This was a known problem for 03 and earlier models, at least with the Triton motors. I don't remember if it led to a recall or just a TSB. I believe the fix was to bore out spark plug hole and install a threaded insert.
