2006 Ford Explorer died and won't start back up

I was driving my 2006 Ford Explorer last night and as I was stepping on the gas, it
wouldn't accelerate and slowed down and died. It wouldn't start even though it was
cranking just fine. When I try to start it, The check engine light and oil light come on. Not
sure if they normally come on until it starts or not. Then in says "Check Charging
System." Any ideas? Kind of upset since I have only had it for less than 2 months.

My car did this exact thing to me about a year ago, I was driving down the road and it just died on me, when it wouldn't restart I had to jump it repeatedly until I could reach my house. It was the alternator, I let the problem go on too long and it eventually took out the starter as well. In my opinion you should check: BATTERY, ALTERNATOR, STARTER.
If the alternator is bad the vehicle will fire off the battery until unable to supply the voltage to fire the plugs. Try jump starting. If it starts, check the voltage from the alternator. Less than 14 volts and it is bad.
I have a 2006 going over the bridge and shut down and won't even sperm over it has s good battery I even jump it won't spin over anti thift lite blanks fast
Chris I was just wondering if you ever figure out what happened or what went wrong and were you able to fix it cuz I had the same exact thing happen to me tonight
