Just the back windows? Electric windows? If so, check the fuse for electric windows, but I doubt it is blown. Do the windows not work from the rear seat? Do they work from the front seat? If they do not work from the front seat there probably is a problem with the switch on the door. If they work from the rear seat it is a problem with the switch on the front door. Remove the inner door panel on the rear doors and check for voltage at the switch. If no voltage, go back to the front drivers side door.
