2006 ford explorer shakes, no codes or lights on. Replaced transmission, cables, plugs, and still shaking. Had it checked twice, vacuums connected. Its a mystery.

You feel it most at low idle. But even at highway speed you can still feel it. Just spoke with ford where they are doing a diagnostic, and they have no idea either.

Will it help if I disconnect the battery for a day. Maybe it will clear the computer from thinking that something is wrong.

Is it necessarily from the engine or transmission? Could it be coming from the rear end, or wheel bearing? Just passing along what I experienced when a wheel bearing went bad.

I would avoid highway speeds until you make sure it's not a bearing. If it is shaking as bad as you say it is, and it IS a bearing, your wheel could come off. Good luck!

Dealing with this issue since March 1st, 3 different ford's service diagnostics, and going on this site, finally problem solved. It was a partially dislodge pcv valve and hose. Thank you all for your inputs. Greatly appreciated.
