Need help with a diagnoses

Asked by steven Nov 16, 2020 at 09:22 AM about the 2002 Ford Explorer XLT 4WD

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

I have a 2002 ford explorer.  It has been in the shop
for approximately a month and a half. Went in for a
timing chain replacement. Now it won't start. Any
ideas?

Possible that the cam timing was set wrong causing the no start condition. Also the crank sensor or something may have not been reinstalled or damaged. Sounds like it needs to be in a different shop.
