Possible seized engine

My 2002 explorer ran great no problems.  I parked it after
work o e night and the next morning when I tried to start it,
it made an awful noice and I think the motor seizured.  I left
it and tried starting it about a week later and it did the same
thing but ran for a second.  What could possibly be the
problem.  I need this fixed really bad if it can be done, just
not sure where to even start

Could be cam chain guides and tensioners (V6). They do wear out. If so, front can be replaced with engine in vehicle. If rear, the engine has to come out. Suggest you take Tom's advice and have it towed.
