every thing reads but the catalytic converter and O2 sensors

I dont know what you mean by the catalytic converter dosent read. what exactly are you trying to read and do you have the vehicle running? your pre cat 02 sensors should switch rapidly. your post cat 02 sensors shouldnt switch they should stay steady. what are your voltages reading for all the 02 sensors?
