55 R W transmission overdrive servo
piston broke cracked housing replace
still locking up excessive fluid pressure
and Servo piston any ideas could it be
the servo band Overdrive broken or
bent and just appears to be locking up
the transmission any suggestions other
than removing transmission

I need help with my 2002 Ford Explorer Limited 4.6 transmission problems can somebody help me I know quite a bit about cars but not this transmission

Is it possible to bend the overdrive band and not have a break will that cause the Overdrive servo piston to lock up
