If my O/D light comes on an then just goes off with
no flashing or nothing... Does that mean my
explorer is okay??

THE O/D LIGHT HAS HAD PROBLEMS COMING ON AND OFF, COPY AND PASTE. http://www.carcomplaints.com/Ford/Explorer/2002/transmission/o_d_light_is_blinking.shtml
