Front differential went out

Hello there i have a 2001 all wheel drive ford
explorer eddie bauer edition with the tow package.
My front differential just went out. I want to to do it
my self and make the repairs. How would I go
about doing this...would really appreciate the help.

The differential gearset requires exact clearances which will require some special tools and knowledge. This is NOT a do-it-your-selfer's job.
