Oxygen sensor bank one upstream

Asked by seahawks Nov 15, 2013 at 10:41 PM about the 2006 Ford Expedition Eddie Bauer 4WD

How do you get to the disconnect on the
upstream oxygen sensor on a 2006 ford
expediton. I can get to the sensor with a 7-8
wrench just fine. But can't get to the
disconnect. It's up to far.  Anybody with
good sound advice.  Thanks in advance.

go ahead....use a vice grips...this part ain't gonna win any beauty contests for flatness of hexes~....just don't break that wire~

The disconnect unsnaps then to put it back you have to reconnect it by snapping it back together. I m not able to get fingers in close enough to do anything.
