My radio doesnt work. I changed the fuse, but it still doesnt work?? what could it be?

buy another radio, usually cheaper than attempting to find out what your problem is and then fix it.
I dissagree. First, you don't say if the radio ever worked or not. Did you just get this car or did the radio just not turn on the next time you went to use it? Is there any noise coming out of the speaker? Can you hear any station, even weakly? Have you checked the antenna from the window to the radio? You said you replaced the fuse... does the dial light up? Give me some answers to these questions and maybe we can come up with a bettr trouble shooting method.

I was hooking up a after market JVC stereo in my 99 expedition Eddie Bauer and one of the wires from the harness was between the plastic that holds the stereo and your front air control and it started smoking and now nothing I tried a different stereo didn't work replaced the fuse in the JVC and still nothing put the factory stereo in still nothing how can I fix it
I too have this issue... I bought it the guy said the fuse needed changed. I replaced the fuse and did a test with tester it is the only fuse not getting power. How do I fix it?
