Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Please Help!!!! I have a 2003 Ford Expedition
5.4L Triton motor and last week I was trying
to change and clean the spark plugs and
somehow one of the screws fell into the
injector hole next to where the spark plug
hole is on my motor and I'm not sure where
it can be but I think that I can hear it back in
the Cadillac converter or the exhaust pipe
we did turn it on but we didn't put it in drive
or anyting and it sounded like it was coming
from back. Any ideas of how to get it out or
does anybody think that is for sure where it
would be or would it be in another spot in
my Expedition? Please help. I need to get it
out and running ASAP

You dropped a bolt into the engine and started it? Really? If the bolt made its way through the engine it would stop at the first catalytic converter.
