Horn Fix for 2003 Ford Expedition

My expedition's horn's sound was getting weak and then one night it went off
for several minutes, louder than it had ever been, and now it doesn't honk at
all. Anyone have a recommended fix?

My horn signs goes off 12seconds when my car is parked and I have a faulty passenger side door that is unlocked even thou the all other doors is locked. How to I sit off the alarm when parked and reboot it back when I drive because I need the horn to work can not afford expensive Repair work please help a Senior who only use it short distance
