Interior LED's won't work using add-a-fuse

Trying to add LED's to the foot wells in my car,
spliced the wires together and put them into an
add-a-fuse for the cigarette lighter, then grounded
the other two, and they don't turn on when I turn
my car on, but sure where I went wrong all help is
great

If you have an electrical tester, check for power and for ground. LED's are polarity dependent so if you wired them backwards they won't work. Try switching the wires.

Ive seen those add a fuse things turned the wrong way and try to get power from the wrong side of the fuse block on the second fuse cavity. Try flipping it around.
