Many parts are interchangeable, especially body parts but is there something specific you're after?

Coil pack, ball joints, anything that can be used really. We don't really need anything from the body.

Not likely. The easiest way to find out is to go to ROCKAUTOdotCOM, enter your vehicle in the search, write down the manufacturer and part number of what you're after and them check the donor vehicle part numbers and compare, if the part numbers are different they most likely won't work
