2002 crown Victoria engine shutting off while driving but will restart no problem

Randomly will shut off while driving. Power
steering will turn off but dashboard lights still on.
Check engine light and battery light will appear and
temperature gauge will drop. Turning off car and
restarting has car back to normal but has been
doing this off and on for 2 months. Mechanics
cant find what's wrong since no codes being
produced and wont happen with them. So any
suggestions would be helpful. 2002 ford crown
victoria, 200,000 miles. Intake manifold already
replaced.
