whats causing my electrical issues?

power windows and wipers do not work. if i hit either switch it knocks out my
radio, clock, rear defrost and makes the hazard light to flash on dash when i
hit the stalk left or right to make  a turn even though they are working properly
on the outside. Any help greatly appreciated

You have a short somewhere in the steering column wire harness and probably in your power windows too. Multiple items are often on the same circuit. Since you know which switches are at fault, start there.

There are a lot of wires in the steering column and the insulation on some of them is probably damaged. Fix that and see if it solves the problem.

I'm having similar problem. My 2009 Crown Vic the power windows and radio stopped working both with in a half hour??? tsoja01 517-977-5632 TY
