Electric loss

No power to my car electrical as soon as I hook up
a charger everything comes on in full when it's on a
start mode. Any ideas?

You shouldn't turn things on when you're charging the batt. Is the batt any good ? If you're going to work on your own vehicles there's test equipment you should have

Look into your light module. Under steering wheel and passenger side kick panel. Usually have some grounds there that get lose when they remove equipment and such. Didnt have cruise control until I snugged up one I thought it was kinda weird.
