Car won’t accelerate

Asked by 412pgh May 08, 2020 at 02:20 AM about the 1998 Ford Crown Victoria 4 Dr LX Sedan

Question type: Maintenance & Repair

Changed the transmission due to the car not
moving when in any gear it just revs
Now that the new transmission is in it does
the same thing We did use the old torque
converter can that be the problem

never ever use an old converter in a fresh transmission.
