All Ford Police Interceptors from 1981 thru 1993 have "P72" in their VIN code. Also ALL YEARS of P.I. (police interceptor) vehicles will have a "certified calibrated" identified 140 mph speedometer and factory dual exhaust. All Police Interceptors after 1993 have the digits of "P71" in the VIN (vehicle Identification Number) code. All VIN's are located on a sticker the drivers door jam and also on 4 other hidden places on the car and frame. If your car doesn't have those codes, it's NOT a Police Vehicle. Hope this helps, Kenny/MrBlueOval
