2006 mustang footwell lighting installation

I have a 2006 mustang v6 premium package. I bought footwell lights for a good price that i am looking to install. I want them to either come on with my foglights or behind my dimmer switch when my guages light up. I am wondering which wire behind the panel to tap into. THANKS!

Remove you dash light dimmer switch. See which wire is hot when the parking lights are on. Use that one. ---- Personally, I hooked my footwell lights to the dome light bulb. They come on when the doors open or the switch is turned on.
