Red solid light on under the dash

I just noticed a solid red light
under my dash on left coming
from the fuse box I believe.
What is it?  Why is it on?
What is causing it to come
on?

There's a new item called a "smart fuse" that glows when burnt out. That helps you locate it and replace it easily. Check it out and see if that's correct.
