its an 06 z71 with 17 inch rims and i am wanting to know whats the largest tire i can run without rubbing

you can run a 285/70/17 if you turn torsion keys up some

I have a 2002 Z71 and have leveled it with a kit. I was wondering if I could use 315/70/R17 on it or if the largest I can go is as you stated above 285/70/R17. Also, the guy at the tire store mentioned something about my ABS possibly not working if I went with the 315's, Do you know anything regarding this issue, or is it really not an issue?

I should mention that mine is a Tahoe and the 17 inch rims are stock. I am looking at the Revo 2 Tires. Thank you.

265 70 17 is or should be stock you could go 2857017 with no prob any other you will have to trim the front bumper and make sure your tortion bars are at max

if you change your rims to a wider style you can go with 35" tires you will just have to trim the bumper a little but your suspension will be fine i run a 92 sub with no lift kit and run 35" micky thompsons just a little trim here and there

if you want to keep the factory wheels,go 1 size bigger than what came on it,this will not change the calabration of the speedodometor.
