1993 ford festiva having proplems replacing strut on front passengers side dont find a way to remove coil spring clamps

The top hat clamps to the rod via the center nut (exposed bolt in the center) and the top hat clamps to the car via the two nuts (14mm I think) on the strut tower. Then you have the two 17 bolt/nut to the knuckle. Plus the brake line clip (use pliers or a screwdriver/hammer and pop it out). Overall, It's really easy. Are you having to swap the spring to a new strut or were you able to buy complete unit(s)?
