flex plate? "02 silverado 2500hd

aamco replaced tranny 2 yr.s ago, recently hear ticking under load(starting to roll, and really noticeable when power brake), coming from bell housing area. is this flex plate/bolts come loose? would this be under their warranty from (mis)installation?

it was converter bolts backing out and hitting as they spun around. tightened bolts from converter to flex plate, problem and noise eliminated.
