Adjust the torsion bars

use block to either raise or lower it all parts store will have them and advise on us

I would go with adjusting the torsion bars, and then you will need an alignment.

Question: Why is it not level? Did you tweak the frame? Shocks good? If you have something that is worn out or broken or twisted, adjusting the torsion bars may bring one side up or down to level it out but you will have a major problem with steering and or destroying good parts.
