2006 Chevy Silverado Running Rough In gear

Recently when putting my 2006 Silverado
into gear it has began to run rough any
suggestions or ideas what can cause this.

It may be that the Mass Air Flow Sensor needs cleaning, there is a special spray cleaner to do this, may also check the spark plugs, and run some fuel injection cleaner threw the gas.
