i have a 2006 chevy silverado 1500 extended cab with a 4.3 vortec it raddles at 45 mph can anybody tell me what it is

Take this one to the local mechanic and save yourself a headache. Carguru has some good recommendations

Its either an unbalanced tire or possibly a bad u-joint if it definitely starts at 45 its a tire. A u-joint usually makes noise up to about 20-25 then the slightest vibration can be felt at 30 up to 60. An unbalanced tire will vibrate from 45 and go at any speed after. Get it fixed before you end up with a bald spot.
