Brakes locked on 2006 chevy silverado

Question type: General

After someone replaced brake lines the brakes are
now locked up.Can A.B.S be bypassed?Because
the light has been on ever since brake lines
replaced.

ABS units require a special tool to properly bleed. Whoever did the work may not have bled lines correctly. Also, bypassing the ABS is a surefire way to fail an emissions test.
