05 Silverado acceleration and misfire HELP NEEDED

05 Silverado accelerates slowly until 20mph and misfires between 2nd and 3rd
gear. Changed the plugs and wires and still having the problem. MAF Sensor?

    Only get a misfire on #4 when in drive. If I shut down the truck for 10 min and shift in manual to keep it out of v4 it runs fine. Same symptoms down shifts hard rough idle.
