I have a 05 Chevy Silverado z71 crew cab
that is factory height and planning on putting
2 inch spaces on but I want to know the
tallest and widest tires that I can fit on 17
inch rims with no problems

2" will do little to nothing if you want big tires. You can probably go one or two sizes bigger than stock. If you have 265 70 17 then 285 70 17 will probably work.
