I wanna know the rev limits and shifts points. Also what is optimal to set it to maximize fuel and power

Need to know what engine you have in this. You can get information on tuning the computer using a flash pack or similar device. Check out www.silveradoclub.com, www.truckforums.com, or google "chevy silverado forums" for a lot of places where guys should have access to this information.
