You already spent hundreds of dollars, now take it to someone that can fix it.

Already tried that really don't want to sync another $1,400 into it to have them troubleshoot it again

scan for codes even if the light ain't on and get the definitions , you may end up with no other choice but the dealer ,, there's nothing cheap or easy about cars that are over loaded with technology , as long as people keep buying them they'll keep making them

Just got back from my mechanic guy spent hours after he was closed trying to help me out couldn't even get his code reader to log on kept saying network failure but according to Chevy the BCM is good kind of strange I always thought the diagnostic scanner communicated through the BCM

from what I know the scanner reads from the pcm , the bcm may have to be " reset " when the batt is disconnected but I don't think yours is one , so maybe the pcm is bad , I'm not a tech just a backyard mechanic
