I have a 2004 Chevy Silverado with 260000 mile, it cut off and will not start back up? any thoughts

With that many miles it could be about anything. Does it turn over? If not it could be a bad alternator. If it does turn over it could be a bad Fuel filter, Fuel pressure regulator or fuel pump if you're not getting any gas. It could be a bad ground, bad ECM, bad crank sensor. I would start with fuses and relays, also check the fuse box itself and make sure it's not shorting out or has a bad ground
