Do you have a check engine light that is on? How is the fuel mileage? Run a compression test to determine condition of the top end of the engine.

No check engine light and truck starts good idles good and will accelerate with no skipping or stumble just have to push pedal more then you should have to and when holding at certain speed you can see and feel the tach fluxuate up and down by 100-200 rpms and to pass a car or climb a hill you almost have to floor it. Fyi..I appreciate any advice tks!!!
