It sounds like your blower motor is working as it is blowing cold air through other vents. Look into the vent ans see if the manual vent defusers are open or closed and if they are working from the hand controls on the dash. Sometimes the plastic knobs break and keep the vent closed. If they are open, can you run a wire into the vent to see if the vent door is shut? Does air come out when the A/C is not on or the heater is on? If it is, then a control cable from the A/C control may be broken. At times junk may accumulate inside and cause a blockage. Leaves or other stuff getting int the outside air intake may enter and start a blockage. If you don't want to tear apart your dash, always a fun project, go to an auto air conditioning specialist as they no doubt are familiar with your situation and it may be a simple fix.
