2003 chevy 1500

Okay so I have a 2003 chevy 1500 vortecmax 4.8L 4x4
truck. I just had a transmission switched done to it. Since
the transmission switch, my truck has not started. Bought
new starter (not the problem). Jumped the starter to get it
to turn over and no spark on my plugs.. Also my truck stays
on after I turn it off and remove the key. Mine you the no
spark so truck is not running. And then it will drain my
battery. I'm at a total confusion. Has anyone ran into a
problem like this?

Okay so update, when I remove my PCM my truck works like it should (power wise) no longer staying on and all locks and key fobs work. Would this mean it needs replaced or reflashed??
