3 Cylinders not firing on one side but runs

I’ve got a 2002 silverado 1500 4.8 my truck
has been flashing the engine light for
awhile now and I can’t seem too narrow it
down to what it is 3 cylinders not firing at
all on one side I’ve replace spark plugs
wires coil packs and replaced the intake
fuel pressure is 58 psi air filters good as
well as maf compression is also good on
those cylinders

Check the Catalitic Converter on the side of the missfire. If the CAT on that side is blocked it will cause the down stream oxygen sensor to switch between 200 and 800 mV instead of a steady 450 to 500 mV. The Engine's ECU will register this and to prevent the over fueling of the cylinders on that bank of cylinders the ECU will then switch those injectors off. I had this problem with a F150 in Namibia
