Transmission issue

I have a 2002 Chevrolet Silverado v 5.3 and when I
was driving I heard a pop then truck wouldn't go in
2nd 3rd overdrive or reverse. Changed fluid and
filter 1st and 2nd solenoid.  Now will only go in 1st.

Sounds like the trans went out needs rebuilt and may need some parts too, In the trans is a main rod with gears on it and another rod with a few gears on it that move from one gear to the next on the main gears it could of broken in half and which ever gear it was in at that time is what gear you have most time first or reverse, if it broke in reverse then you have reverse and so on,
