misfire

I did a complete tune up on my truck    spark plugs along with cables.   air filters
cabin and engine.  oil and filter.   now my truck is given me misfire code my
mechanic has checked the compression on the engine he checked the spark
plugs and he also checked the engine ..   he told me that he was not able to
find any issues with it everything is running good

    Only get a misfire on #4 when in drive. If I shut down the truck for 10 min and shift in manual to keep it out of v4 it runs fine. Same symptoms down shifts hard rough idle.
