2000 silverado 4.3 won't start cold spray a bit of gas in throttlebody starts and runs fine on it's own even starts on its own after that until it sits overnight any suggestions?

Sounds like you may need to change fuel filter if you have not all ready,all so may need to check the fuel pressure regulator that holds the fuel pressure up for truck to crank,next thing would be check the fuel pressure for sign,s of weak fuel pump.
