I got water into my intake

My truck is stalling now that I washed the motor
off. I think that when I was washing the air filter off
it sucked water into it. Now it's stalling. What
should I do?

The only time I wash an engine is when it is warm and not hot or cold. Warm engine helps evaporate the water. I would never wash one while running.
