When I make a turn, i can hear and feel a strange noise. Been like this for about 3 years, should i be concerned about this?

I haven't changed the water hoses since 2002 when i bought the car. I've checked them and they seem to be okay. Should I be concerned about this. The radiator coolant is also the same. Car runs great other than the feeling in the steering wheel wen I make a turn.

I have a 2005 Monte Carlo. Before I turn off my car I turn off the blower (air/heat) before I exit my car. The other day when I got in my car the blower was going full blast and nobody uses my car but me. After I shut my car off and removed the key the blower continued to run and now my battery is dead.
