AC controls do not work properly

I know it is all vacuum operated, but the drivers side control does not provide
cool air, but the passenger side does?, I get cold air on the passenger side but
not the drivers side

No, the temp actuators are electric. note the diagram. that top brown wire is voltage and fuse protected, goes hot with key on. The two bottom wires are ground. #7 is a chassis ground. #8 is grounded by the hvac module. Any applicable codes for hvac air flow? I saw one code, it's a B type code, manufacturer specific. you would need a code reader that will work with your vehicle and read manufacturer specific codes as well as po codes to get the codes. Might be something wrong with that actuator? I couldn't be sure w/o testing? good luck
