The electric fans are not coming on as the temp.rises.The fues all check ok. What would cause this problem?

I had the same issue before. The fans are controlled by a temp censer. If the fluid in radiator isn't at proper levels the censer won't activate the fans since there isn't any antifreeze to detect the temperature. I would also run two wires to the fan insert directly to the battery to check and see if the fans work. Relay issues...you can check it out on utube to do a amp test to find if they are bad or good. Or do a simple switch from one relay to another
