do i need to replace a hose thermostat or water pump or radiator

my 2000 monte carlo ss is over heating to the max within 10 mins of driving when i pour
coolant or water inside the radiator it pours straight out but i don't see from where and
when I turn the heat on it don't blow out at all I just hear noise likes it's on but it's not
working?

I had a problem with radiator fluid puoring out as i poured it in. I noticed the square sensor located on raditor had popped off so the fluid would just our out and car over heat. The sensor was a few inches under the radiator cap. It was easy and cheap to fix myself.
