2000 Monte Carlo

My 2000 Monte Carlo's AC and cruise control do not always work. They
usually work when the temperature is colder. The AC and cruise control turn on
and off randomly. i have checked all the fuses and i need some help.

so replacing my ignition switch should fix the problem? or simply trying to replace the wire?
