Do you realise the fabrication that is going into this build?

There are vids on YouTube of civics with 454s and the same with cavaliers. The tower is bad as in the body or the shock that sits inside the spring? If you're just looking to get through till spring then get parts from the junkyard. The entire rear end will have to fab'ed so nothing you put on will work.

Yea i kind of figured that im going to do it the same way the other guy did it he cut the entire floor out and fabed on from about the same year fire bird or comero for the trans hump plus it gives me the rear end mounts as well

Did he also put the whole front sub frame under it too? Such a big job, aside from the trans hump the whole floor pan will need a larger hump to accommodate for the exhaust and the drive shaft the spare tire will have to be moved. The gas tank will most likely have to be moved. I imagine the guy went with a fuel cell and it definitely won't be a daily driver. To be completely honest I would rather pull a transverse mount V8 5.3 out of a newer grand prix and keep the thing front wheel drive. It would require much less fab'ing. It can be kept as a daily driver and depending on where you are or if you like to travel, it will be a million times better in wet or snowy conditions.

Is this info on a website I'm really interested in getting more detail on how he did this.
