my rear hatch back door doesent lock

Can you please provide more details? Does it get caught? Does the lock mechanism seem to move and not catch?

the door lock is loose and almost imposseble to get the key out

simply you have a central lock for all dorrs, you only nead remote control , not a key.If the problem is in the central locking, simply change the engine rear door, located in the door,
